Philosophy Of Law: Human In The World I

The reality of humans as God's creatures consists of two main elements, namely body and spirit. The body is interpreted as a crude element constructed from the meeting of sperm and ovum in the steam of cells, blood, flesh, bones, skin, hair, and other physical elements. While the spirit element is a subtle element which is a gift from God through the process of transforming life. This spirit element holds a strategic and decisive position in positioning human existence to be said to be Homo Sapiens.

The body as an element of the body actually means nothing without the existence of a spirit in it. With the spirit, humans, who consist of the collectivity of millions of cells, grow and develop according to the provisions that have been established by God, both in the form of body and mind. It is the Spirit that leads humans to the phase to feel happy, sad, happy, brave, fearful, and hateful, and it is with the spirit that humans can become moral, moral, and social living beings. Therefore, the spirit is seen as a source of human personality that will lead people to the process of understanding human nature

Spirit is an element of the divine which only God knows the secrets that are behind and in it. This spirit is the machine for the human body, where when this machine does not work, the human body will be at zero point, without which humans can no longer be said to be human. Therefore, the urgency of the spirit to the human body is very vital, although it does not always have an impact on human appreciation of the spirit itself.

At a lay level, spirit and body are seen as separate variables and some even consider it a form of rivalry in God's creation. This common man considers that the ability to hear, speak, and think is the realm of the body because he thinks of it as something that is structurally considered to be in physical form. So that ordinary people do not understand the essence of the realm of the body.

The inability of the common man to understand the essence of the body and the spirit as a unified unity, results in certain moments in the context of being an animal (having a mind) so that man is considered more despicable than an animal (not having a real mind). This humiliation arises due to the inability of humans to build their human existence which results in the inability of humans to highlight the special qualities inherent in themselves, which in essence, if examined more deeply, are the advantages that Allah entrusted to humans as one of his creatures.

Humans as God's creatures have broad insights into the universe. These insights can be obtained both divine and through human efforts compiled and developed over the centuries. In the process of searching, the spiritual and sublime tendencies of humans continue to work in discovering the essence of truths which will of course be reflected in the dialogue process of body and spirit.

Understanding the autonomy of humans as creatures of God in this description, departs from the construction of prenial philosophy regarding human tendencies. In essence, the human tendency consists of two things, namely I am a limited object and I am a subject who in the awareness of limitations is able to prove that in himself he is free from his limitations.

Humans are, in principle, weak creatures. Weak in human dependence on their creator. Even though humans have dependence, in essence God has placed an authority in the process of human life in the form of a holy script without stains which is a picture of balance against these dependencies. Of course, the script is expected to be practiced by humans with varied coloring. The coloring process carried out by humans will become images and portraits of the life of every human being, which in real conditions can be translated as a rich source of knowledge about the mystery of human life and life.

In the human capacity as a weak creature with all its dependence on God, God provides space for humans to develop themselves in the concepts of autonomy, independence, and creativity as humans in defending themselves and developing their life and life. On the other hand, with all the autonomy possessed by humans, humans carry out the process of praying and praising God as a form of servitude to God the creator. The human soul in dependence on God tends to never be at peace, except by remembering God. Human desires are essentially unlimited, where they are never satisfied with what they have obtained. Meanwhile, on the other hand, humans are eager for their position to be elevated in the direction of a relationship with God, the Eternal One. Therefore, the synergy of autonomy and human dependence on God which is in plain view contradictory, must be in a balanced unity.
